At Aesthetic Edge, we use the Lumenis Laser, which utilizes two different technologies that are combined for one effective vein treatment. The intense pulse light targets small veins which are superficial and red in color. The high energy pulsed laser light, used at the same time, treats the deeper veins which are blue in color. The larger veins are closed and sealed off completely, and the smaller superficial veins are dissolved and then absorbed.
